I've been creating user interaction experiences for over a decade, working for some of largest companies in Silicon Valley as well as fast paced startups. I pride myself on the great impact I make on every client or companies' design and bottom line. Whether it is working on a social networking site, a business application or something totally different; each project is a great opportunity to make a positive impact.

Great user experience should be accessible to everyone. I’m passionate about great design and delivering the best experience to my users. With my unique background of design and programming I can not only craft excellent experiences, but can also program or work with programmers, to ensure that what is designed can be created in its original vision given the technologies available.

Being a user experience designer is a great job. It’s even more fulfilling to create a team or department of designers and foster excellent user experience practices throughout a company. I’ve created entire departments from scratch as well as managed and mentored many other UI designers which to me is incredibly fulfilling. Leading a design process from concept to implementation as well as the team developing are probably two of my favorite things to do professionally and I’m lucky enough to have the opportunity to do that and make great impacts for users, companies and designers.

When I’m not hard at work, I enjoy traveling around the world, spending time with my wife and creating something great in the kitchen.
